Information about the Magellanic Penguin:

The Magellanic Penguin lives on islands and the coastlines of extreme southern South America. They are medium-sized penguins that grow to be about 28 inches tall and weigh roughly 9-14 pounds. Like all penguins their diet consists mostly of fish and small crustaceans. They are considered threatened due to the danger of oil spills and the sharp decline of the fish population.
