| Information about the Anna's Hummingbird:Anna's Hummingbird is a medium sized hummingbird. it is native to the western part of North America from British Columbia to California and east to Arizona. These hummingbirds feed on nectar from flowers using a long extendable tongue. They also can catch insects in flight. Like bees and other hummingbirds they pollinate plants while collecting a flower's nectar. They are extremely territorial. This bird was named after Anna Massena, Duchess of Rivoli.
